For the “Transformation Campaign” undertaken by PTP, the process of designing logos that encapsulate the essence of our mission and values was a meticulous and creative journey. We began by carefully considering each element outlined in the project brief. Our approach began with the central focus on our Vision and Mission, which is to lead the global benchmark for integrated port services from the Straits of Malacca and to provide unrivaled port services worldwide. This aspiration served as the cornerstone of our design.
To create logos that resonate with our Core Values, beautifully represented by the acronym P.I.E.R.S. (Passion, Innovative, Empowerment, Respect, Service), we delved into the visual aspects that best capture these principles. Each value was transformed into a graphical element within the logo, ensuring that they not only serve as words but as vivid symbols of our corporate culture.
The logo design process extended to incorporate the PTP Way of Working (WoW), Lean Academy’s “Lean For All” philosophy, Safety Transformation, Digital Transformation, and our Operating System (OS). These elements were ingeniously woven into the design, symbolizing the comprehensive nature of our transformation journey.
Furthermore, our design philosophy emphasized adaptability. We ensured that the logos seamlessly translated onto various items, including lanyards, posters, desktop wallpapers, pin badges, stickers, and banners. This versatility ensured that our message and commitment permeated every facet of the Transformation Campaign, leaving an indelible mark on our corporate identity. Our logos are not just visuals; they are symbols of our dedication to progress and excellence in integrated port services, reflecting the ethos of PTP – the Port of Tanjung Pelepas.
